Merci beaucoup pour ces vidéos! Une question: when do you simply use "est-ce"? e.g., "quelle heure est-ce?" "est-ce un biscuit?" "n'est-ce pas?" Merci!
ОтветитьThank you for explaining it is much hard but now easy 😅
ОтветитьHi Dylan, in the audio recording 8.5, you said "Il est beau. / C'est beau" and "Il est tard. / C'est tard", but I didn't see an explanation in the video or one in the book for using both, "il est" and "c'est" for these two conditions. Could you please explain?
Ответитьun grand merci, Dylane
Ответитьomg yess gonna watch this forgrammer and other things too cz tommorow is my french exam for 60 marks and you will save mee. thankyiu very much Dylane!!
🥰
Thanks Dylane! I was worried about the grammar course and put it off for a while, but so far I've flown through it. It always seems more scary before you start it :)
ОтветитьIf I wanted to say something like "He is my father" do you have to use "C'est mon père" or are you allowed to say "Il est mon père"
ОтветитьMadame, in sentence
'Il est beau '
Is translated as It's beautiful/He is beautiful
But in English language, for males 'handsome' word is used
Is there a seperate word for handsome in French or we may just simply use 'beau' for both male and female?
Please help
hi mam, can you tell me when "a" and "est" is used in past sentence?? I am confused. for eg. (she left) ...I translated then " Elle est partie" why not " Elle a partie". please reply mam
ОтветитьGosh, I kept patience and watched this video 7 times. I don't know sometimes my mind just doesn't absorb more french but I am so keen to to learn and speak fluently. My ultimate goal is to speak free-flowingly. I am slowly replacing all small thinking pattern in French! 🙂😇
ОтветитьJe suis vendeur. Merci pour tout
ОтветитьHello Dylane,
I bought your book on verb conjugation as although I like Duolingo I feel the way it approaches teaching of verbs is not terribly effective. Then, I was delighted to learn you offer videos on You Tube. I plan to watch them all.
I want to keep track of which I have viewed, and which I have not. This is so I can be sure I am viewing all of them.
Do you have a list of them all that I could use to keep track?
Thanks for all you do.
Noël Margaret
Though il est is used for talking about a masculine noun like c'est . is elle est also used for talking about a feminine noun like c'est?
Ответить👽
ОтветитьThank you so much. This was very helpful.
ОтветитьC'est ta biean
ОтветитьIf some one says c'est froid instead of il fait froid, would that be totally wrong or would it be understood?
ОтветитьBonjour,
J'aime votre façon d'enseigner et c'est pourquoi j'ai souscrit à votre chaîne. Puissiez-vous le livre que vous utilisez pour cette leçon? Et j'aimerais vous demander de l'aide. Pouvez-vous me recommander des livres pour apprendre ou enseigner le français parlé (spoken French)?
Bonjour Dylane! Thanks for the helpful tips. I have a quick question on this. Why do you use “Ce sont” instead of “Ces sont” to imply these are? Shouldn’t this phrase agree in number?
Ответитьploos
Ответитьil est tard et on doit se coucher
Ответитьil est bon de te voir tous les jours
was it correct?
Greetings Dylane
Another helpful and thorough video - bravo.
"Ennuyant" - my native French speaking wife tells me that the right word for annoying is "ennuyeux" as opposed to "ennuyant." I can remember using "ennuyant" when we first got married, and she would always correct me as indicated above.
Ennuyant does exist as the present participle of ennuyer, but even my Larousse dictionary phone app translates "annoying" as "ennuyeux, gênant, énervant, agaçant, fâcheux," but not "ennuyant."
I realize you are a native French speaker and a professional French teacher, so I'm just trying to clarify this point of vocabulary pour être sûr que j'utilise "les mots justes."
Merci d'avance
Bonjour madam your pronunciation course is very help but it's difficult to remember all rules mam can u provide a single video on French pronunciation in chart form .
ОтветитьWhat is Ce? It doesn't seem Subject Pronoun.
ОтветитьMerci a vous!
ОтветитьHi Dylane, I do not understand why " Il est fermier" but for a teacher, it is "c'est un professeur".
ОтветитьThis is very helpful, I admit I’d often get them confused 😅 merci 🙏🏻
Ответить👍
ОтветитьChere professeur,e quel est le nom exact de ces livres, pour que je puisse les acheter ?
ОтветитьI have a question, If it works with il est beau, why can't I use il est tard to say he is late.
ОтветитьMerci beaucoup
