Google Alerts RSS feed trick

That was useful. I need the alerts, but just can't deal with anymore emails.

i see that copying RSS link to browser works everywhere but chrome. i'm required to use chrome for everything, is there any way around this without using another browser or is there any plugin/syndication/hack will enable ? @christine

Google seems to have taken away the RSS feed option. I'd like to add jus the titles to my widget. any ideas?

Did Google remove this? The publish to RSS feed is not an available option.

Abela I get an error saying no feed url set. and when I tried to copy the rss feed link into Google and Firefox browser I get an error saying this xlm file dies jitters have any style information. is this video still valid? I watched this 4 times already and followed all instructions also watched your followup video

I have an option for rss feed but no link shows up on the page. If I click on the rss sign a new window opens with the following message and then html underneath it. This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Here's the solution to the lack of the RSS option. Next to "my alerts" there's a cog (settings) - in that dialogue box you will find "time of delivery" and "digest". Untick digest and that will enable RSS feed to be displayed. Took some time to figure this out , but success was at hand ... WOO HOO 🐼
