My dad force me to work construction jobs from my perspective tbh you just have common sense in stuff... the only registered in my group is only my dad and orders things.. for 5 year of my childhood time gone. There still alot thing for me to learn cuz all i do is heavy labour… but i can definitely build a house by myself if i have money…. Dad still dont pay me… Im 18 and my life is ruined thanks to construction dad😂 but i learned that im a capable guy with experienced that cannot be use in rasume cuz im underage…

With every major, there are only 2 or 3 courses that you really need. It's all about talent and schools can't teach talent.

I want to be able to manage more than just the regular business management. My only concerns is when you mentioned the long hours. I have a 14 year old now but I’m considering having one more child. I been in construction now for 16yrs 10yrs as a operator and 6 as a Construction Manager, I was promoted because of my experience, I never went to college for it, now I’m debating should I go and get my degree for a back up just in case I part ways with the company I’m with, what do you guys suggest?
