No way if the gpu is 100% and cpu is hovering around 40% that means its good. The cpu is not bottlenecking and the gpu is doing its job. The lower the cpu usage the better the gpu is the one suppose to be higher usage when gaming. There is some miss information here. If both cpu and gpu is nearing its 100% usage it means your hardware is having a hard time running the game being played. 90% usage of a gpu is good because the gpu is doing the job it was mean to do, and the cpu usage should remain low usage, the moment the cpu usage go way up then your cpu is working harder it only means your cpu is not strong enough. some information here in this video is not correct. lol

I've been looking at the Rysen 5 3600x and rysen 7 3700x cpu matched with the rtx 2070 super. The rysen 5 produces 3.4% bottleneck and the rysen 7 produces 18.2%. Judging from the percentages, I know I should go with the rysen 5, but I would also want this to last another 6-7 years so I'm wondering if I should go for the higher one. I'm not too sure now. What would you recommend?

for a r5 2600 + rx 580 , 100%gpu and around 50%cpu isn't bottleneck at all , but surely you can use a better gpu
