correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he failed to calculate 3 factors. They wear armor that's capable of reducing the impact by quite a lott. And by the same measurement the calculates amount of soldiers felled, i.e,

amount of damage done/hp of human (I'm not too sure on this)

we see that amount of people that die become exponentially lower. The armor definitely increase their def stat by a lot.

another factor is training. Unlike pokemon, it seems that human have a muchh higher EV limit (Source: Trust me on this). so considering that they have maxed out hp,def evs and wear armor, kingambit would be muchhh less dangerous.

the last and most important, Burn. If the kingambit somehow manages to get burned, the damage is once again, cut in HALF.

This is all under the impression that kingambit only uses sucker punch like in the video.

Kingambit would probably be able to use more moves than Sucker Punch after a majority of the Persian Empire is defeated, killing the remaining soldiers. I’m thinkin’ one good Kowtow oughta do the trick

The romans could just stall the sucker punches out, or send one guy at a time. Sucker punch only hits opponents who are going to attack on that same turn, so have 5 individual soldiers go attack one by one while the rest throw a tea party

What if while his teammates died kingambit setted up swords dances and wore a life orb or any other boosting item as well as terastallizing into a dark type. Wouldn't that make it way stronger. Also you have to apply the STAB boost to the sucker punch which gives it a major buff

first of all, we have the gods of time, space, the devil, and actual god on our side

second, the lion believers will want the pokemon side be nerfed as much as possible before its considered a fair fight

if you have to admit one side needs to be nerfed for it to be fair.....then didnt you just admit who the loser is?

With all due respect, throwing out the spread argument with justification from a different anime series whereas all other justifications were from within Pokemon is not sufficient and is far lazier than how you've described the argument to be.

Moves change over time. Just use that justification. KG was the reason why arceus nerfed sucker punch to single (but ranged) target.

Nah, humans are actually Normal Psychic. Sabrina who literally uses her own psychic powers supports this. Also, the "aura" Ash can use is likely a sub-set of psychic powers further supporting this argument. Of course, you could also make that argument that humans despite their weakness are actually the original Eevees, but even more flexible. Some humans are Normal Psychic, some humans are Normal Water, some humans are Normal Fighting, etc... they gain the secondary typing based on their environment/lived experience.

Unironically, a pokemon that evolved into a specific type based on where it was would be pretty interesting. Just replace stones with locations... actually, if stones are litetally just shards of specific locations that have an environmental type, that might suggest that Eevee and other Pokemon should be able to evolve in the right environment. Eevee is strong enough and gets struck by lightning? Jolteon EZ. Eevee is strong enough and about to drown? Vapoteon EZ. Eevee is strong enough and about to burn to death? Flareon EZ. My idea makes sense that stones are just condensed/purified representations of "elements" that are already naturally present in specific environments.

Listen the only fair way to tackle the lions vs the pokemon is by putting lions in game mechanics or putting pokemon in real life mechanics, if it's lions in pokemon mechanics the lions win because yes there's a lot of them ofc, now if pokemon were transferred to the mechanics of real life the Pokemon win 100%, but obviously keeping them in different laws of physics then yeah you can just bullshit whatever you want about it I mean whatever
