There's something called "something LFO" as an effect plugin. As Envelopes and Lfos are used for synths alone ideally and it'll probably be easy to find. If anyone knows something that's FL stock that can mimic above, lemme know!:)

You can also do this by putting LFO 1 on the filter, and automating the speed of the LFO. I find it a lot faster
