Nothing has changed. Same judge, same DA, same witnesses, same corruption. The defense better appeal her motion to dismiss decision, and hopefully after that appeal is heard Judge Bev will no longer have a gavel. fFS she’s just itching to waste another million dollars on this absurd trial. SMFH!

This case didn’t have enough to go off of in the first place, the fact that it was accepted by this judge when filed blows my mind.
Now the judge is stuck with her first mistake and she has to stick to it to save her face, they’re gonna retry a case that shouldn’t even come to light.
Lack of solid evidence, mass non sense details, and no access to transcripts would leave any jury member in a difficult and guessing spot.
