I survived MGM Grand Detroit - Watch this before you visit!

Nice video, couple things is the casino non smoking, was there years ago and you could smoke in there,they had a small area for non smokers, feel like it should be reversed now. Also, don't go by room rates on site even as a member, call the Casino, give both of your players number and you should bet a better rate, I do that for Fallsview, Seneca etc, always get a comp room or a reduced price.

Mgm's reward program is the worst. 10 minutes up or down 75 ) you can find better rates . Downriver or Oakland County 😊

I love your videos, I live 45 minutes north from Detroit and I have gone to all the Detroit casinos and honestly I love Caesars WINDSOR THE MOST.

Near 3 major expressways that can easily have you anywhere in the area within minutes, I-39, I-75 & I-94

Food at Taps is pretty good. Have had their salmon and their cheeseburger. Both were excellent. As far as casinos go in Detroit, MGM is the safest. MGM doesn't deal with foolishness. Greektown and Motor City are nice and safe as well. I've never had issues at any of them.

I'm happy to hear your comments I'm from Michigan and Detroit definitely gets a bad rap .I've never had a problem at mgm or Motorcity Casino or Greektown aĺ Detroit casinos you should head north and try Firekeepers Casino or Soaring Eagle Casino.. or Gun Lake

Hi there. Going to Detroit solo. Firs time. I see rooms over at Windsor for pretty cheap, walking distance to Detroit. A mile or so. Is it possible to walk over from Windsor to Detroit? Would you book in Windsor and walk?

As a long term VIP MGM Grand Detroit visitor I have never felt unsafe at MGM Detroit. I live North of the city so even though I get free room offers I have never stayed there. The plandemic really broke MGM, the restaurants are not open like they used to be. I have walked out with >$20k dozens of times, call me paranoid but I never drive straight home with large cash. I just do a little satnav travel through subdivisions so I ensure I am never followed home. I have met many visitors from Toronto at MGM Detroit, it draws people within a five hour drive, so Ohio, Pittsburgh, Indiana and Ontario visitors are always represented.

I love Motor City Casino in the rooms are real reasonable and the food is good
