But am 11 and i don't put on tampon

You guyssss i desperatly need help! I got my first period yesturday and im going swimming with some friends tomorrow, ive done my research and needing to wear a tampon and can go swimming with it but, there are inflatable things in the water wich you can go on after swimming to it, how will I do it? Will I leak getting on it? Im so scared that I will leak everywhere on the inflatable things.. can I still go out the water with a tampon in and do activities? Helppp

Hi can I swim without any products at the pool but I actually have dark clothes like navy blue and I wanted to ask will the pool change water but ander the clothes I'm gonna were undeewear

I don’t recommend wearing pads in the pool!! It will inflate and will most likely fall out!!

I know im late but i have an issue. I love going to the beach and swim. I dont mind wearing tampons but the problem is at the beach you dont stay in the water, you just go in and out multiple times. Would that work with a tampon? Because at the beach i go to there isn’t a toilet where you can change your tampon every time. Pls someone helppp!

I use panty liners for the pool and normal pads from day to day on my period

I attended swimming clinic last last year and unluckily I had my period a day before our last day or something like graduation ceremony like that. It was such a dream to compete with my 'classmates' so I still joined the competetion what I did is, I didn't wear any sanitary pads or tampons just undewear and nothing happens! Thank god!

Guys, the only thing you need to do to get a super light period is drink a literal gallon of water every day. I did this and it lasted two days (and no cramps)
