3- shouldn't be trusted to walk a dog nevernind tow a caravan -clearly missed 3 miles of signs regarding what lane to exit.
4- both should have gave way but white van had right of way until gandalf overtook after mounting the pavement.both twats.
5. Driving in any irresponsible manner puts everyone at risk and is unacceptable, but being drunk or impaired is no excuse for being in the wrong lane and causing undertaking (jokes ovb) .
6- only things I seen wrong here was the humiliation putting a grown man back into his fortwo smart car, but not as bad as - said grown man in the smart car getting back out to pick up his stuff.... rather leaning 2inches over and opening the passenger door to lift it of the ground.

I was behind someone who was driving like they only partially concious and at only about 30mph, I got in front of him to bring him to a stop. Turns out he was diabetic and needed his meds. Id like to think i would of done the same if i had a decent motor lol.
