ОтветитьI really like this. Totally back-focused, but a bit of abs and arms too! I elevated onto one step of my stepper for the Saw variation, and that helped a lot with my hip flexors. Pike push-ups r an amazing challenge! Thank u!

ОтветитьYou are the fastest trainer of pilates i have ever seen! I quited in the middle of your training. Very very fast, it s like a marathon, only speed level. No good explanations, you don't have time to execute the exercises correctly.
