What supplements do you take? Zinc is a good supplement for your immune system. You have to take it with food. Sometimes, a good detox will help you feel better.

FYI never, never, never walk on those white lines between parked cars. They are very slick and I almost went to the ER over a fall. Literally both feet went flying up and I landed flat on my back with my left leg twisted to my side, not to mention my head hitting the pavement. Oh and the icing on that cake was it was raining so I laid in a puddle until I had moved my body and knew nothing was seriously injured. A friend did the same thing and fractured her knee and was out of commission for months. So be careful. Hope you are feeling better soon. Next time, soup instead of ice cream. You need the nourishment not the calories. Safe travels.

Not trying to get all in your business about the heating situation. I noticed you have a lovely comforter. Try switching it out for a sleeping bag (which handles lower temps) that can also sub as a bed comforter. (Sporting goods stores have them.) I used one like that when I lived outside. Was some of the warmest nights on record even in the coldest winters.

You did a lot for someone who is sick. If you have fresh ginger you can grate it for tea. Ginger increases circulation and will warm up your body temperature. I always drink it during winter months and when camping in cool climates. Get well soon.
