I think this is wonderful. However, how does it differ from a mobile home? Like a. “Trailer” park home. This is a serious inquiry because I am considering.

What do the new panels look like? And can you get this with siding? And I visited there and Melody took me on a tour in October. At that time we weren’t able to go up on the mountain, but I would love to come back and tour that new community. But interested to see how this home would look with siding and what the new panels look like on the inside.

What if I want an Ace built out like this so I can divide it the way I want. 😊

I would love to see a price for something like this that's around 10x30 sqft. I know what the Charleston cost and I can't afford that. but something like this that's a plainer style that I could make my own ...that may be affordable

Hi Randy, just wondering…..is there a way to build a mirror image of the exterior wiring box for the mini split on the other side of the picture window (and connect it as a center point peak above it) ? That way it would look like it “accent framed” the window instead of only having the box on one side.
Idk, just a thought.

Unfortunately, lots of counties have inflexible square foot standards for new homes. In Ray County, Missouri (for example), you must have at least a 1,000 square foot home OR live on more than 40 acres.

Amazing! In the late 80's I lived in a 12*56 mobile home - so it was actually 12*51 because the tongue accounts for 5' of length. Anyhoo - at 600 square feet, it was perfect for my little family, cozy and warm, easy to heat, easy to keep clean.

I'd like to see one of the finished out floor plans of this model. I'm thinking 2 put together like a modular home would be really nice. Maybe put on a foundation insted of wheels. This way you may be able to get around alot of the restriction laws of tiny homes. But alas I live in Canada, and sipping cost alone would be murder on the pocket book. Lol. But I think that making them into a double wide would be a great idea.
