I just made this conversion myself. The tolerances of the different Bosch tools were a bit so so. Sadly the drill chuck was the sloppiest fit compared with all others. Would have wanted that to have the snuggest fit. Is there any way to keep some light detention for having 1/4" bits in the makita part without adding the bosch part? Like adding one ball and having a metal-sleeve spring.
