ОтветитьWow! I loved the first move: it was so graceful, and gave a great stretch in the hip. And that last move: i am impressed how u make it look easy. I needed to use my hands. I will do this one again: it’s quick, and I’d like to be able to eventually get strong enough not to have to use my hands for that challenging move. Thank u!
