ОтветитьIt’s always interesting to me how guys who barely weigh more than me look soooo much bigger. I’m sitting at 200 and I’m waaaay smaller than you.
I eat the same oats - simply put a cup of ‘em in a blender with some blueberries, honey, and water... blend and down the hatch. I don’t have time to cook and eat oats. :D Finish that with a couple tablespoons of flax/chia seeds and some beet powder again with water, blend and down the hatch. All that with 5 eggs cooked in butter, s&p and some HEB salsa, and that’s my goto breakfast at the moment.
Settles in about 1-1/2 hours and I’m ready to start working on my Pre and Post and then get to Church.
From meal 4 onward, no carbs... wow. I would shrink. I have to eat pasta, bread, and potatoes all day long to make any gains whatsoever.
