To be realistic u would need electric motors in each wheel. U would also have to have a motor with a selectable locking differential to rotate the front and rear wheels laterally. Then u would need a battery. You were old also need segways balance programming. All totally doable. But very difficult and expensive. Surprisingly no one has done it. It would sell.
