Don’t try to grow from seed, as it is almost impossible. Rather, take cuttings and replant them. It’s much easier...

My research suggests that running an Airbnb or VRBO on a lavender farm is a bit of a wash. Rents aren't predictably higher than other vacation rentals, however the extra appeal of the lavender fields might increse demand so you have less vacancy. I like the term "chalet", rather than the cabin I was thinking of... more romantic.

Wir denken derzeit darüber nach, Teile unserer Flächen in Lavendel Plantagen zu wandeln. Teil des Plans wäre, zur Blütezeit gegen Gebühr die Möglichkeit einzuräumen, Picknick im Feld zu machen. Wir würden den Platz bereitstellen. Sofern möglich würden wir mit einem Restaurant als Partner eine Menü nach Rezepten der Provence anbieten.

It would appear that my life is trending up as I will be owning/farming lavender before too long...I’ve always had a penchant for all things in the garden as a landscaper...I’m anxious to get started but the land acquisition is in it’s infancy stage so, I’ll be patient...I would love to sell oils in Europe..
