Lowering rates is a horrible idea. Raising them is the right thing to do, but how are we going to pay the interest on the debt. They've painted us into a corner. The solution to the problem is cut government spending by 75%. That would kill the economy for a couple of years, and then we would finally come out of this economic whirlpool to hell.
