I love these videos! It feels like you are sitting next to me drinking coffee! I especially liked the photo of the womnan in the airport. Yes, I noticed the straw before yo mentioned it! Very well done!
ОтветитьCómo siempre, un deleite poder verte... Muchas gracias Alan!!
ОтветитьAs said by others, this content is the most value you can deliver. So inspirational! So interesting! Fantastic!
ОтветитьPhoto 9: i miss a part of the audio. Am I the only one?
ОтветитьThank you….
ОтветитьGreat video and amazing photography, thank you so much for sharing! Would you mind telling, where the distortion came from in photo 7?

ОтветитьLove the photos! Do you ever shoot film?
Ответитьthank you
Ответитьagain your images are super! Simple, perfect and full of life! I hated the 24mm. I went back to 28mm. Loved everything! Bravo!
ОтветитьVery enjoyable and inspiring video, thank you!
ОтветитьOutstanding Alan.
ОтветитьThanks especially for one thing here: For pointing out that you sometimes have to WAIT for a picture to HAPPEN!! There are some street photography nerds on YT who run around (being followed by a video cameraman, being VERY visible this way!) and clicking away on the run. Showing very mediocre pics as results. Because in this moment, a pictu re did NOT happen. Your stories are full of photo opportunities – plus time! Good lesson for many.
Ответить😮😮😊
ОтветитьAnother great review of some interesting pictures. Cartagena and Japan are my favorites. Thanks !
ОтветитьMore! More! More!. Absolutely addictive channel.
Ответитьlooks like? what ?
don't be lazie bro just read the exif :F
Absolutely love these photos and the explanation behind each one. Thanks Alan. Greetings from Australia. Michael.
ОтветитьThe first image brings me back to the days I spent in the British Museum 10 years ago. You know what, I visited a temple which wasn't the one I aimed to in Kyoto, hahaha. Anyway, other excited stories. Look forward to next Episode. It seems that there are some sound track problems in the end of this video by the way, but not a big deal.
ОтветитьGreat video, thanks a lot, i would love to watch more, but now with the editing, how do you manage to edit your photos?? do you use ligghtroom, photoshop with digitals, and also with film. Greetings from Mexico City
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing these behind the scene stories. The last shot is really dazzling but I must say I’m a bit frustrated because of the many unanswered questions I still have in mind ! (How much time and how many pictures did you take before you managed to shoot this one? Do you use burst mode to get these wonderful pigeon pictures of yours? I can’t believe it’s only by chance you succeed in capturing the perfect moment ! Pigeons are particularly challenging. I almost never succeed in capturing one with its wings wide open !!)
Oh, last question (although I don’t expect you’ll find the time to answer me): how do you frame with the 24mm? Do you use an external OVF, or live view, or do you just guess the frame by experience ?
Anyway, I can’t wait until the next 10-4-10 !!
Please, please, please bring down the volume of the ‘background’ music.
ОтветитьFabulous Alan, especially the Brit Museum, Tokyo & Seoul shots .. masterpieces
ОтветитьThanks. You mention always having a camera with you, but no mention of your pigeon ?
Ответитьas someone who dabbles in street photography when I see a fellow street photographer (when I don't have my camera) waiting for someone to walk through their scene I often try to second guess and walk exactly where I think they want me.
ОтветитьBonjour Alan. Excellente vidéo. J’ai appris beaucoup de chose en te regardant. Ta chaine es fantastique et tes photos sont sublimes. J’aimerais savoir comment tu édites tes photos. Une vidéo sur ce sujet ?
ОтветитьWonderful images all. Not only because of the composition, which is always fantastic, but also because each image is perfectly exposed. I'm guessing that you have likely already created a video covering how to meter for such high contrast situations so as to properly expose the subjects. I'll go searching for this now, but if you should see this comment you might reply with a link or with the title of the appropriate video so that others can refer to it. With much gratitude, a very happy subscriber
ОтветитьA funny and intelligent photographer talking about his work. What can go wrong?
ОтветитьGreetings! I’m a fan of your work 📷 Very Nice! 💯
ОтветитьDiscovered your channel a week ago and love everything. Keep up the wonderful content and awesome style! Don’t listen to people that say no to camera gear reviews or EDC - I am interested in your opinions and what you carry photographing!
ОтветитьThank you. You open our eyes.
ОтветитьAlan has always some positive energy, his videos are often fun but also very romantic.
ОтветитьAlan please come to Korea for book signing!
ОтветитьGreat video, again. Two questions: When you go out, you decide before you leave which lens to bring or do you bring several? How do you decide to shoot 35 or 50mm? Cheers.
ОтветитьGreat photos
ОтветитьWell done! Enjoyed this immensely. Cheers.
Ответить👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

ОтветитьWhat a fantastic video!!! The pic of the woman on the bench is absolutely amazing!!
I only just discovered you. I am truly inspired by your work and humorous style!!!
As a great fan, it is amazing, especially the lady on the bench. Great leading lines, and the angle of that straw, I didn’t see that until you mentioned it 😉.
Regards from The Netherlands.
Enjoyed the insightful commentary.
