you really should give credit to those who you've copied....as some of these setting you've set do not make sense because you've followed someone else's tutorial and left parts out.

2nd step about drivers is incorrect, drivers yes sometimes it fixes old bugs however cam introduce new ones... depending on your graphics card, it's best to go through drivers to find the best one for you, for instance I got less lag input with an older driver...
