Get bubbles for kids that always goes well

Biggest piece advice I can give you (got married last year). Get one of your bridal party or whoever to make you a plate of food if you have an evening buffet and put it in your bridal suite! You won’t have time to eat and let me tell you, that plate of food is heaven when your tired and a bit tipsy!

I love pearls but if you are superstitious it is unlucky to wear pearls on wedding day - it 'promotes' sadness.

Ell the pearl earrings and pendant tue into your wedding shoes. In the UK can you buy a product to wear under your makeup to elliminate perspiration or anywhere else you may perspire on your wedding day if it's hot. If you can get something, test it out awhile before the day incase your allergic too it. I know we have a product in Australia which is why Imam mentioning it.

Are you going to be setting up the two venues with how you want it too look or are you asking someone else whom you can trust to do what you want? If it turns out to being a hot day, you don't want to stress out doing last minute things yourself, like making the wedding venue looking lovely, the same applies to wedding table numbers etc.

A thought regarding the children. At the reception, with the children, can an adult who doesn't mind, supervise the children. If so, can you have a small table seperate but still in the reception venue, setup away from the main tables for the children to sit at (whenever) to draw etc and ensure they have something to drink without pestering their parents. If it's a hot day, they will need to stay hydrated also. Personally I would try to stick to givi g them lemonade which is colourless if spilt on the table or their clothing. If the children have an activity table, put the activity pouches on their activity table, not on the dining tables which would distract from your table decor.

Wow your wedding is going to be so lovely, what a lot of thought and effort you have put in. Even thinking of the children that are going. You had some beautiful ideas, like doing the gold stencil press on the invitations, and then the invitations themselves being embedded with poppy seeds, just wonderful xx

Hi to the both of you, I rarely comment on videos but I hope you don’t mind me giving you some tips on making the wax seals on the place names.
You can buy wax strips and can place them in a hot glue gun and it will melt it for you rather than it taking a while over the candle.
They look really good and I cannot wait for the wedding!!!

Your wedding day is going to be memorable and beautiful!!! Ell I did a lot of little bits on our wedding day to save money also, it’s was 25 years ago in October 🥳🤪🩷So my advice is don’t stress about all the fine details it will come together, I stressed so much I woke up so sick the next day, take vitamins C and you’ll be good as Gold!!! You will both have such a beautiful day, you’ve done a great job with everything so far. I had the wooden centre pieces with the jam jars and the same flowers and they looked stunning and gorgeous in photographs. Also just an idea (I also went for cheaper but gorgeous shoes) and I ordered some shoe decals for the bottom and also on my partners and our photographer got some gorgeous pics while we were getting ready of our shoes in front of the flowers with the lovely decals showing.
We got married 4 years ago this August and seeing your prep is making me wish I could do it all over again 💞

I made my own kids craft books. I just googled kids wedding prints and word search and stapled them together. They you can buy a pack of 40 coloured pencil from the pound shop.

So exciting and thank you for sharing your wedding prep. I would say option 2 for jewelry but when I saw your shoes I changed to option 1. Ellen your shoes are stunning. They look so expensive, they are more than perfect. Can’t wait to see you all looking smart and enjoying your special day. Doing some of your own wedding items makes it extra special, and still a high quality. Wouldn’t expect anything but the best with Ells designer eye! Xx

Why am I crying 😭 I am going to be an ugly mess watching the actual wedding vlog 😂 it's going to be so beautiful. My advice to you is a one I was told on my wedding day. When everyone is dancing and enjoying themselves, find a dark corner and just stand and watch for a moment it's the best advice I was giving. The day goes by so fast you forget bits but I promise you this moment you with remember forever ❤️
