That was a pretty complicated recipe for the pizza. Lots of steps and lots of ingredients. I'm glad it turned out. I'm pretty impressed that you did that recipe especially since you're not used to it by the sounds of it. Definitely there are easier recipes, and it's so worth it to cook at home and control the ingredients and the quality of the ingredients.

Usually if you precook the crust a little bit before putting the toppings on it's a little more crispy. With that being said, I've never made that particular crust before.
