Hi Alyssa, love your videos, they are so helpful, thank you for sharing them for us. I have been following your channel for a couple of months now. I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis with Rheumatoid Arthritis. My right knee, lower back, neck, shoulder and wrists have become worse now. I have received a steroid injection to my right knee but it did not help much. Cannot take stairs. So much swelling still on my right knee. Tremendous pain in my left wrist, cannot hold my crutches properly. I have trigger fingers as well. What could be the best exercises for me in this situation if you kindly give any advice that would really be helpful and appreciated ❤ thank you again 🙏

ОтветитьSo a lifetime of moving your fingers leads to your arthritis and then moving them a bit more is supposed to help your condition?

ОтветитьThe last one is something I did in physical therapy after having surgery on BOTH my wrists.I was diagnosed with De Quervain's Tenosynovitis. I will incorporate these excerises in my home therapy routine. Thank you for your video.
