ОтветитьI have O and AMT, this year I am considering adding ADC to my Roth. However I am not a fan of Vici or casino investments in general.

ОтветитьI own both ADC and AMT and these days add to them both monthly, together with rest of my REITs.
I have looked at VICI several times, but I always find it a bit too concentrated.
My REIT portfolio: O, PLD, PSA, WPC, AMT, DLR, ADC, MAA, ABR... and MPW (which is really crashing these days) . very diversified and international where possible.

ОтветитьMy portfolio is made up of dividend ETFs, dividend stocks, growth stocks and individual stocks. I like the mixture as it allows a bit more freedom in specific areas . With the assistance of an advisor 'CHRIS RYAN STEWART' who I have been in touch with over the years before buying any stocks and it's been working perfect for me.

ОтветитьI always put my REITs in my Roth so those dividends are taxed free so when they come in monthly that can be huge for a DRIP! I have a couple shares of O in my Roth so I can see adding a couple of these also

but debt > 1/2mkt cap - that''s why i don't like AMT, too much debt+slow growth, but i do like long-term: VICI, ADC, O, MAIN, STAG, PSA, PLD!
Theses video come out at 1 am for me lol and luckily I’m unable to sleep most nights and watch them keep up the good work and continue to invest brother
