I was watching this on stream East with the volume low and I thought it froze
ОтветитьLmao. Psychology.
Ответить????annoying
ОтветитьHe nodded his head like halfway through
ОтветитьIt’s not just about how many pitches he has, but the location as well!!
ОтветитьDo you want a burger? A Chicken sandwich? A slice of Pizza? Ok.
Do you want pepperoni? Sausage? Pineapple? Mushrooms? Anch......
Come home, Jake. 😢
ОтветитьI had this sort of thing happen once in high school when my catcher really wanted me to throw a fastball and I kept saying no until he gave in and flashed slider 😂
Ответитьcatcher was spamming fastball over and over like bruh your off speed is dog sht rn
ОтветитьSometimes it depends on what tunnel an area of the strikes are they want to pitch it
ОтветитьIt's amazing with this technology, all these videos, all these camera angles, all these "analytics", and we still can't find a .350 hitter. But since it's today's game I'll be fair, show me a hitter that can hit .310. Meanwhile, guys like Williams, Cobb, Ruth, Gehrig, Foxx, Wagner, Brett, all did it from memory and paper 😂
ОтветитьDid this one time when my catcher kept calling for a fastball and I wanted to throw a changeup. He finally put down the signal for changeup, I threw it, gave up a double off the wall and my catcher glared at me so hard afterwards and had a few select words for me after the inning ended 😂
ОтветитьGotta keep em guessing 😂
Ответитьmore annoying = the yankee announcers
ОтветитьIs he shaking directions? Must be 😂
ОтветитьdeGrom bobblehead night
Ответитьyou clowns have never played baseball or would now this is normal.
Ответитьmore like 2
ОтветитьWilliams technically hit .413 by todays rules.
ОтветитьDon’t recall Judge flying missions during WW2 and Korea, nor Williams being built like Frankenstein. 😒
ОтветитьSometimes it's the location you shake on and not the pitch
ОтветитьDon't slander Teddy Baseball. Do you know when else you can dial-in when you have every freaking technological advantage you have a video of every single pitch from every single at bat, And watch them 10 million times each if you are so inclined, and judge has a million other advantages, and the splendid splinter was a war ace hero that trumps anything the Aaron Judge will ever think about doing. How dare you?!
ОтветитьDiminishing Ted Williams is so Michael Kay
ОтветитьHow was this not a pitch clock violation lol? I counted 20 seconds from just this video
ОтветитьPitch clock violation?
ОтветитьGetting in the mind of the batter. Anything a pitcher can do to get an advantage they will. He could be doing this to try to get in the batters mind of what he might throw, or just to throw off his timing more. The longer the batter is up there without swinging the better for the pitcher.
ОтветитьYeah and we didn't see any of them, ssshole...
ОтветитьDo you people not realize that the catcher can call a fastball in four different locations? Especially with the pitchcom, there’s literally buttons for each pitch and then direction of the pitch. So he could’ve shaken all three different fastballs and different locations and still thrown a fast ball.
ОтветитьProlly more about messing with the batter than anything
ОтветитьMichael Kay throws shade at his betters all the time. Gary Cohen> Michael Kay
ОтветитьNone of guys making 30/40 mil
Can even bat 300! What a joke
Old school> new school
Its not even close
4seam sinker slider changeup curveball
ОтветитьTook the third sign, lifted his arms, then went on seven. Silent count
ОтветитьMichael Kay is the type of play by play guy that baseball players love listening to
ОтветитьUmm...pitch + location...
ОтветитьYankees hack. Fewer pitchers means better ones.
Ответить406 huh? Wow!
ОтветитьI wonder how many balls he ruffed, with his teeth. Hilarious. I guess it's a breaking ball.
ОтветитьI can't stand Michael Kay. Judge is a beast and will end up a first ballot HOFer easily, but his dismissing Teddy Ballgame because he faced fewer pitchers doesn't make a lot of sense. If you faced only five pitchers in your career and their names were Maddox, Martinez, Koufax, Gibson and Johnson you would be lucky to bat .200. It's about quality not quantity you goon.
ОтветитьPitching Ninja knows this is pitch-clock gamesmanship. But the idiotic engagement is worth more I guess.
ОтветитьThis is a beautiful look at a FIERCE pitcher/catcher argument! 😅
Well done!
DeGrom, Mahle, and Eovaldi have been absolutely dealing for the Rangers. All in the top 10 in MLB for ERA with enough innings to qualify. Unfortunately we are hitting like dogshit.
Ответить4 pitches in 8 different locations each
ОтветитьJesus this guy shook off 9 signs
ОтветитьHe went through all the pitch types and settled for one that was already called
Ответитьguy is washed
ОтветитьWas he facing Judge or my guy Raffy?
ОтветитьOh shut up with the Judge to Williams comparison.
ОтветитьIt's hard to focus on the image with all the glazing going on with the commentary. Yeah, that Ted Williams sure had it easy 😂
ОтветитьHow was this not a pitch violation?
