Deuteronomy: a Quick Overview | Whiteboard Bible Study

I heard that you can read the entire Bible in 70 hours. I am currently trying to do that, since I have never read the entire Bible— just here and there. I’ve been able to get through the first three books of the KJV when I felt bogged down because of these overview videos. Thank you for doing this important work. I have a new perspective of God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit and it is giving me peace in very troubled times.

How can deuteronomy be one of the five books written by Moses, if Moses' death is recorded in said book? ...and why didn't the ancient Egyptians have any record of Moses (the adopted son of pharoh) or the presence of over 2 million Hebrew slaves? The Egyptians had a habit of documenting EVERYTHING in detail!

whoops - you got this wrong. The old testament is your own (and mine) autobiography of your spirit. The New Testament is about using your imagination to manifest from the unseen to the seen. Yes - Jesus is your own wonderful imagination. That's it, the bible is a simple book about spirit. Centuries of misinformation (The Big Lie) thinking along secular lines.

You should also mention that in this book God says that if a man has sex with a young unmarried virgin girl than he all he has to do is pay 50 silver coins and he can marry her.

Deuteronomy 28-29 "28 ¶ If a mean find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found:

29 Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not per her away all his days."

You should also mention how divorced worked in the Deuteronomy. That if a man just decided he didn't want her anymore he just kicked her out.

Deuteronomy 24:1 "When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house."

Whiteboard Bible Study, Really? The Scripture in it's Entirety is a Black History Book, have you read the Curses in Deuteronomy? It has Nothing at all to do with you.

They could choose life by following the commandments of their era, just as we can choose life by following the commandments of our era! One day people will obey God! This is a great video! ♥️

God wrote the laws. The only thing Moses did was cut out the second set of stone tablets. Great video!

You are the best at explaining The books 📚 💕 of the Bible thank you for your full and heartfelt ♥ explainations. The Book 📖 of Deuteronmy also explains the tithes given to the churchs ⛪. Or at least why it is important and what it is suppose to be used for according to the Bible. Yes, I finally finished listening 🎶 to the first five books 📚 of the Bible using audio on you tube and watching a few explainations regarding the Bible. 😇 👼 🙏 🤲 ⛪

It is wonderful, but sometimes watching at so much human physical image perturbs the content and organization of the wonderful diagram. The Bible is written knowledge, no need to "act" it. I will watch but the author or narrator ruins the content.

What’s your take on “who wrote” Deuteronomy? I’m reading from some Hebrew scholars that think it was written by multiple authors years later and isn’t divinely inspired.

Having slaves was okay?

Jews are not supposed to "love" God, but to respect God. That guy must be Christian. The Jews wrote the bible. it cannot be explained through a Christian filter. It's as if Jews were explaining the gospels or the Quran....

. The Bible has to be read slowly to be understood and analyzed intelligently. For example, Leviticus starts with animal sacrifices… Your intelligence should tell you this is a very primitive tradition. All this blood spread around the altar to atone for sins, the priest eating some meat in holy places… Do this today to atone for your sins, and you will be laughed at….

I like how you just lied right there at the end when you said there hasn't been a prophet ever again like him lol, when in chapter 18 he says God will raise another prophet like him for your brethren. Hinting towards Jesus, which you kind of hint to yourself but you leave out that Moses's himself prophecies about him.
