There’s no fool like an old fool, I’m living proof of that…

I believe it was Dana K White who says that if something won’t take more than a minute or two, just do it now.
Bc it won’t derail your whole day/plan, AND you won’t get buried in tasks.
She timed a whole bunch of everyday tasks that people tend to put off (which imo leads to stress) and most tasks don’t even take a minute.
A good analogy for about anything is the dishwasher.
Something as simple as unloading the dishwasher, which everyone avoids, takes under a minute.
And once it’s empty, you can put your dirty dishes in there as they come into existence instead of piling up in the sink, making a mess and mess=stress.

What am I blathering about, you might ask?
It’s a tip for men too. You’re welcome.

I plan on doing things tomorrow and do them as planned. The idea that I can accomplish everything today is, well, not quite correct.

Procrastination is a symptom of a larger problem. It's a coping tactic for something else.

Stares in Executive Function — I get this is for those without EF issues, and it’s powerful. Executive dysfunction is, also. Great video.
Start even if even if you don’t know where to start (another terrible aspect of EF issues) — you might find that “next steps” show-up in unexpected ways.

What if you are someone who works very hard, is on track for a successful and demanding career, is an athlete, and feels spread thin at times. I'd argue you need to learn to slow down when appropriate, and that you aren't sacrificing your philosophy by knowing when to take a break.

Great video❤️💫Success depends on the amount of hard work and risk you take. Regardless of so many financial challenges, I thank God for a life transforming occurrence after past struggles.
