Never got to play this back when it came out on SNES, but I am having a blast with it now. Oddly enough, my preferred party is Mallow and Peach. Thunderbolt is ludicrously good, and Peach's heals work wonders.

Mario and Luigi Dream Team is my favourite

First time player here! I’m using Mario, Bowser, and Geno as a bit of a hyper offensive team. Though, I swap Peach in a lot during boss fights for healing, making her my primary FP user

I'm glad I'm not the only one struggling with timed actions at first. But I'm LOVING this remake. I'm mildly disappointed about the lack of some references (no mention of Bruce Lee in sight) and I think the transitions to bright and cheery after a boss are lame. Otherwise, it's everything I could have hoped.

I genuinely took Mallow's "i'm a frog" statement at face value when I was a kid because I had never seen what frogs look like in Mario World until his grandpa showed up.

...Because it was my first Mario game.

I fucking love how enemies just ragdoll when you beat em.

I love this new remake, the only thing i don't like is how "silent" the dialogues are. I mean, the dialog itself is amazing, but there isn't ANY sounds when an character says something, not even small little noises (its great dialogue, but a bit unconfortable not having any sound)

Wish i had a switch

I was playing Super Mario RPG for so long the other day that my controller completely died, and I couldn't reach the save point. Luckily, Auto Save exists, so I don't have to fight the plant boss again.

Still sad Luigi wasn't added even in the remake :(

Def Mario, Geno and Bowser is my line up rn

I ended up sticking with Mario geno and switching between bowser and peach. Geno is just the goat

I’m on my third play through with of this game

With some of the harder boss fights, I always had Peach on healing, but I always rotated between Geno and Mallow. Both were great magic users (Geno being more of a jack of all trades), but I loved them because they were such cool characters. That means bowser unfortunately got shafted, so in my remake run I’m trying to give bowser more time in the spotlight.

My personal favorite game of all time is Star Fox 64 which, in my personal opinion, is the greatest game of all time. I have done more runs through the game than I can count and have managed to get my highest score at a 1510
Although, F-Zero GX is a close second for me, and I beat every cup on master and can consistently beat expert with my favorite machine, Little Wyvern (see any correlation with my favorite machine?)

Throughout my first playthrough, I usually Mario, Mallow and Peach. Mallow's magic is just so useful.

My ending party: Mario/Mallow/Geno, and Geno gets the Súper Suit and basically does Geno Flash nonstop
