Ответить100% sounds just like my experience and process with absentees as well which is great to hear. Typically goes from contact->lead->follow up->Appointment->Listings vs the big 3 hand raisers which is typically contact->appointment->follow up->listing
ОтветитьOne thing I wanted to add regarding absentees is that if you further filter your search by price range you can weed out all of the investors and wholesalers calling the lower end absentee properties. I found that by calling absentee owners in high cost of living areas I'm able to have better conversations and get better quality leads than if I call lower cost of living areas. I think this is due to HCOL areas being hit hardly at all by investors further decreasing the competition.
