You should have your website allow you to see the various wheels on the different models of Teslas. Its interesting what a wheel change can do to appearance and perceptions. I can recall Toyota taking their smaller trucks and giving them a much more beefy look with just a wheel upgrade option.
What would be interesting - and I do not know if this is possible - is to create a "Winter Wheel" that is designed to make cables, chains, socks or even some new idea easier to install. If you think about the cable solutions you end up trying to secure the thing to itself - which is not fun in a heavy snow. If the wheel had some idea of a quick connect built in you could alleviate some of the effort. There was a product called Spiders years back that clamped on quickly to a external hub flange you added to your wheel. What if that simplicity was designed into the wheel itself?

Definitely like the look of the bulletproof wheels because I like efficiency above all. World like to have more stats available like wheel offsets. Would be nice for you guys to do some efficiency testing or send a set to Out Of Spec Motoring or another channel that is willing to do some testing.

Munro can easily become a high standard after market accessory brand with products that add value to lower trim vehicles. Buy the base model of a car and customize it with Munro accessories to match or exceed the higher trim models at less or equal cost.

I wish I had Tesla and I wish you guys were in Norway ))) I lined Signature wheels first, but now in this video you showcased bullet proof ones on model 3 - looks sick ! Love it too.

It would be helpful if you included a full spec listing for each wheel including wheel size, bolt circle, ET, and weight like Konig and other wheel manufacturers do. Example: 18 x 8.5, 5 x 114.3, 35mm, 17.7 lbs.

Production technology has greatly been improved the last 15 years in wheel manufacturing. Low pressure casting molten aluminum was the preffered and reliable OEM manufacturing technique. Now days casting the wheel front and flow forming the barrel seems like the next affordable step in manufacturing but even forged wheels seems to step up as affordable for "standard" veichles. What is the next step in manufacturing improvements? Is composite or hybrid composite the next step for OEM high end cars or will it be a niche thing also in the future?
The weight game has come even more important with EV's as reducing insprung mass give benefits in so many ways.

That "Bulletproof" wheel design is a major FAIL! It will be even MORE vulnerable to curb rash damage than the stock wheels. Sandy, you should've known better. 🤔

Luv this! Which wheel will pay back itself based on improved aerodynamics/weight/performance on a Tesla Model 3 (old/new) or Y? Or do we just need to buy them as they are gemstones on our cars?? Like shoes, you just can't go to a social event of any type with the totally wrong type of footwear - but you could be the man (or woman) with just the right pair! Wheels - same thing!! Here, in The Netherlands, folks go skiing in the Alps - so, you need snow tires and a different type of wheel. Replacements in November and March, also for the black-ice slippery winter freeze (why we need that octovalve!). What would be the best wheel for those super practical winter conditions? Some need to add chains as some mountain snowstorms demand them - add a fitting chain set (or suggest one) to the winter wheel! Many people just have two sets of wheels - there is a market for the 'additional' set in large parts of Europe. Lots of northerly urban places - and German autobahns in between.

At roughly $1000 per 20x9 flat faced wheel (minimal CNC work) that price is incredibly high.

I wish you would make that signature wheel in a 22 inch for the cybertruck. Such an innovative design with the Tesla T symbol.

I want the smallest wheel to fit my 24MYLR with a high-profile tire combination. I do not want a wheel that makes it hard to find tires.

If they were half the price, I'd buy the 18" wheels for my Model Y Performance. Otherwise they are just too expensive. That's not to say these are not quality wheels, clearly they are. But because they are a low production product with extensive research and development behind them, I get that they would be expensive. And while I'd like to have them, I'd be too worried that they would get stolen from my car.

I would like you to explain more in detail your delta wheel, how it differs from Fuchs wheels part no: MX160015A. Same design was used in VW beetles in the end of 1960s...

Delta wheel design you show here is not even close to the one you have got a US patent US_2022105746_A1. If someone is referring to patents its nice to let people know what is actually patented. In this case patent has been granted as its explaining how to manufacture 3 or more pieces wheel by welding different parts together.

Also good luck with the structure described in the patent strength wise it will not hold if you make it light or it will not save any material.

If patent would represent current delta wheel structure it would not pass patent surveys as the structure is well known construction from wheel history.

Structure itself and design in the Delta wheel is good and looks of the wheels are cool at least to my eye.

Performance? Are these wheels any rounder? Improve range? Grip the road better? Cost less? Last longer? Go faster? Seems like they only satisfy subjective aesthetics and "look at my kewl stuff" fetishes. P.T. Barnum summed it up best: there's one born every minute. Advice for women: If your guy pays > $14 grand for wheels to replace perfectly good ones that came with a Tesla, He B a Foo! (demand a 3 carat!)

The Tesla approved tires have nothing to do with what is in the tesla stores around the globe.

Consumer reports said the "general altimax 365 aw" is good but they don't share the actual data.

Nokian is the only brand with the IMP winter tire rating.

I'd buy a report from Munro that included stop distance on ice data for tires from those 3 among others.

For the Cybertruck what is the gain in range over the current foundation series wheel covers for your 20 inch design? I had a Tesla engineer tell me that the revised Tesla cover design did not add any range in real world driving tests . I am very curious to see what your design does in regards to drag?
