ОтветитьIve tried sleeping on my back so many times and just cant do it. I eventually end up with this crazy feeling in my stomach that is only relived by putting a pillow between my legs and rolling on my side, or just flat on my stomach

ОтветитьI've been sleeping without a pillow and the problem is that the mouth opens if you sleep on your back, and that's not good for the teeth as the mouth gets full of bacteria...

ОтветитьIm watching this as I believe I have a herniated or pinched disc, possibly due to neck hump. I have noticed laying down with no pillow relieves a bit of pressure, but i was worried I would mess it up more. Maybe I should try that!

It’s hard trying to be someone but that’s not the problem, the problem is you already are someone, an amazing someone and you need to realize that because once you do, A N Y T H I N G is possible. ОтветитьI broke my C4 21 years ago. I was in a neck brace for 10 months and I was never put in physically therapy. My hands go numb all the time and I have a huge bump in my neck. I think it's huge. What exercise can I do to keep the hump down and the nerve damage to a very low accuracy

ОтветитьI tried this last night and a) I slept better and b) I noticed while I was driving my shoulders weren’t rounding and I was much more upright! I’ve struggled with poor posture and really working on improving it, and this helped. Thank you so much!

I took a little mini-course online on how to heal this (udemy I think) and I do the exercises almost every day but feel I have barely made any progress after at least 2 years. Sigh. I will try this. I have tried to break myself of side sleeping for years.

ОтветитьNeck hyperextension is not good, neck should be flexed forward and topward. These 2 exercised are not good
