I am always tensed in front of others. Can i solve this problem by listening to this music. I keep myself engaged by involving in lots of activitieslike danving, listening to music, goes for walking, cooks food, craft making, writes poems, article etc.i listens to meditation music often bt nothing changed.

Love this and feel so relaxed. I didn’t say the I will never affirmations bc I’ve heard thr subconscious doesn’t know the different and that word will be eliminated. Wondering why Silva or the mediation chose this one if so? I reframed it to say I am always in perfect health
