6 Months ago the Pajero had a bad lifter tick. We tried everything to fix the issue, one more go at the oil viscosity and type and if it was a no go then out with the old lifters and in with the new. How did we go though?

Hi, need some advice if you guys would and greatly appreciated in advance.

6G74 AT, when I put in D and hold the foot brake it pulses/vibrate very very subtly. Not all the time but like light jitter-normal-normal-light jitter-light jitter-nornal-nornal-normal and so on... What do you guys think it is?

Additional info:
Flushed the AT oil (not the filter tho yet), changed one of the black pin ignition coil, new spark plugs all six, cleaned throttle body, mountings are ok.

I did had the timing belt recently changed as well.

On some occasion when I hit the gas aggressively it kinda like hesitant, but once it cleared out it runs like a dream.

I'll put a litre of diesel in the engine and idle it for 10 min before the next oil change it usually helps to flush sludge out of the oil 0passages.
