Augrabies Falls National Park

Deserts and crashing waterfalls dont really make sense in my mind, but wow, Augrabies was incredible! The huge Orange River pummeling down magnificent gorges, what a sight!

We spent two nights here, went on a hike along the Dassie Trail, drove all around the sedan-friendly roads of the park, and saw the falls in all their glory.

Thunderstorms at night made for scenic lighting sightings, but made me stress about the waterproofing of my tent...
