why not try natin yung chicken sisig instead of pork sisig para pwede pang international, may mga lamang loob din nman ang manok that we can alter for pork. For adobo nman patok talaga yan sa mga foreigners dhil ako mismo niluluto ko yan dito abroad for my Canadian employer pero I use chicken instead of pork kase mga Jewish sila bawal sila kumain ng baboy ,may konting twist lng akong ginagawa to make it more appetizing that is why patok ang adobo natin dito abroad. 😊

That's the reason why Filipino food isn't boring cause our culture is diversify as our food so why bother making it stand as one if you can have varieties. Take for example US, which is known for burgers but that's it, you get used it to which makes it boring. Our culture is open that's why we try other foods from other country where their culture is close so why bother pleasing them. Why bother getting validated it's just nuisance, weak and pathetic.

Masarap ang sinigang sa Santol if not in season , can be dried through dehydration or simply sun dried and save will last until the next season just like tamarind can be stored Tara let’s eat .Laguna province is known for sinigang sa santol, sampalok
