Subtitles are wrong when they interviewed him. He said that "since the import/export business bankrupted", not the "sugar industry". And even after that, the subtitles didn't even show what he said. He just said something random like in the middle of a conversation so I have no idea what the context was other than what this channel put as their subtitle........ The Vietnamese government should consider allowing children with one Vietnamese parent to hold dual citizenship.

Their parents have no reason to do this. I have lived a hard life since I was a kid in southern Taiwan. I grew up and received a good education with hard work. These children need to return to Taiwan for a better education.

I have seen reports about this girl in other videos. The girl's parents are divorced. Her sister lives with her father in Taiwan, and she lived with her mother. Her mother sent her back to her grandparents' home because her mother had to work and was unable to take care of her. I don't think her parents were irresponsible. Actually, her father sometimes calls her to care about her life, and her mother had no choice but to send her back to her grandparents' home due to financial reasons. I think it's excusable.
