Toyota killer really? Colorado line is the worst of reliability.
ОтветитьToyota killer really? Colorado line is the worst of reliability.
ОтветитьHey, manufacturers... QUIT PUTTING EVERYTHING IN THE DAMN MENUS!
ОтветитьLol NOPE
ОтветитьThe Tacoma powertrain is sooo weak and boring, the 3rd gens alway have been - the Colorado Turbo 4 blows it out of the water. I used to have a 4.0 6cyl in a 2nd gen TRD off-road pre-runner and that thing ripped on and off road. Test drove a new 3rd Gen and laughed at how weak the power was, I would never buy a 3rd Gen 🌮 , they look good but are not powerful enough at aaalll. This new Colorado looks so much better than any mid sized truck on the market. It will be interesting to see the new 🌮 looks in person, photos and videos make it look really sweet. The iForce max looks it will deal with the power concerns of the current Tacoma.
ОтветитьYet year after year the Toyota Tacoma out sells all the other mid size pick ups. Toyota has the one thing going for it that Chevy, Ford and the others do not have and that is the truck does the job and is reliable to the tune of you can run one several hundred thousand miles. None of the others have been able to show that kind of reliability. A one off from the others does not match Toyota Tacoma reliability.
ОтветитьThe only way that’s a Tacoma killer if the window sticker is $10,000. If I’m overpaying for a small truck, I want it to be trouble free and last for 20 years.
ОтветитьTacoma killer? Really?
ОтветитьWhy do colorados come with electrical problems ?
ОтветитьPretty awsome I'm looking for my next truck. But I live in the south looking for more of a off-road mus and swamp truck.
ОтветитьI think the GMC Canyon looks much better
ОтветитьIt's a piece of junk! When it runs it's capable but it will still leave you stranded! Buy a ford, Toyota or Nissan instead!
ОтветитьIf you can get one that isn’t buggy 🐜 🐛 AF off the lot, these have the potential to be great. To be GREAT, Chevy needs to: Dump the button parking brake 🅿️, give us a naturally aspirated model, tell us how they’re beating Toyota, Jeep, and Ford’s troublesome steering racks 🛞, and dump all the electronic planned obsolescence garbage 💻. Oh and … gotta get all the production bugs worked out. Give the cult followers a stripped down model that’s overbuilt on all the important parts. None of the urban dandies 🫵 drive cult followings of vehicles - build to your toughest customers who keep their vehicles for decades and run them super hard. 👊
ОтветитьMaybe in a alternate universe where Chevrolet it’s made in Japan maybe it’s better 😂wonder how much they paid you to say that .
ОтветитьNot even the dash last that long made of cheap plastic😂
ОтветитьУмеют американцы делать эффектные машины.
Эти образцы выглядят очень круто.
did anyone have the 3L
ОтветитьIf Chevy, Ford, et all manage to catch up to the legendary reliability of the Taco, and then prove it wasn’t luck… then maybe. Tacoma killer? That’s nonsense. Takes decades to prove worth. Gen 1 Tacomas are still on the road, in good working order, but any Chevy of the same vintage went to the junkyard 15 years ago.
ОтветитьThe 23 ZR2 is an absolute piece of junk, mine is already in the shop at 400 miles.
ОтветитьSo many complaints of these things breaking down. How in the hell did GM think they could compete with Toyota?
ОтветитьI just have a Trail Boss, but I did get it with EVERY option including the 430# torque calibration, but if I did get a ZR2 I WOULD NOT want that rear sports bar 🤢 it looks ugly to me ✌️
ОтветитьThey definitely want to show this truc low single digit of growing k off. I don't recall a similar event with the re
ОтветитьHere's a comparison, GM why don't you invite the Toyota Tacoma Trd Pro, on the same trail. And I'm a GM guy. Invite TFL with a TRD PRO. ON your trip. Wouldn't this comapare apples to apples.!?
ОтветитьIn all honesty, I never knew that buying a truck, that it should have the same exhaust note, as a high horsepower muscle car. But i guess in 2023, according to you. This is a strong selling point . Does the truck do great off roading ability, Yes, but I'm going to take away 10 points, because it doesn't sound like a big block chevy with open headers.! Points taken away. ! THIS has what you have gone to. On certain occasions. Oh, the truck does great off road capabilities. But man, the exhaust isn't great. This is what you are saying in the first segment
ОтветитьOr why doesn't TFL DUBLICATE the same trail a Toyota TRD Pro do the same trail. If TFL is going to test the Toyota TRD PRO shouldn't TFL do the same course that GM did for its ZR2 .
ОтветитьAgain, you're on baha secession of an off road trail, where's the same trail section for a Toyota TRD PRO . ?
ОтветитьI think the 2023 ZR2 base for 48K is the best deal. And you can save $1,000 with Costco discount bringing it to 47K. It’s hard to beat that. It has 3” lift, it’s 3.5” wider and 430ft lbs TQ. These trucks are awesome! I’m just curious how the heck a little 2.7L 4 banger is making 310HP and 430FT TQ. That’s crazy! I hope these engines last and last. With that kind of power and tune, you’d think they be done after 100K miles for sure. But, I guess not. Anyways pretty much any 2023 Colorado is a BEAST.
ОтветитьTacomas are proof you can sell ice to eskimos. Just like harley Davidson, fat skis and electric bikes. People are like lemmings!
ОтветитьOnly thing thats gonna kill is your wallet ..
ОтветитьI won’t support Chevy leaving apple and android CarPlay behind. Nah.
ОтветитьThe old Chevy S10 truck and Blazer are good in snow.
ОтветитьThey should not let you drive
ОтветитьHello, I really enjoy watching your videos and need some help. I am debating on buying the new zr2 and Tacoma sport. I really love the zr2 looks but I need your help to decide what is the better choice for all highway miles driving. no off road. Looks and aggressive i like the Chevy zr2 but dependability and looks I am thinking about Tacoma your thoughts? I know you drive Chevy Trail boss. Thank you.
ОтветитьGood video but, would the trail boss follow ZR2?..
WHY BUY ZR2 over Ranger Raptor??
I like a lot my 2018 ZR2..but the seat were hard and the leather breaking at the stitching. Still no automatic small window when ranger and taco do.
Great, another generic “killer” title in an automobile review video.
ОтветитьNothing will kill the Tacoma. Chevy and Ford won’t make their trucks dependable enough to kill it….Sooooo. That’s that
ОтветитьGreat video and truck!! Congrats TFL and GM
ОтветитьI had so many crap GM Colorados ZR2 (3) in the past it’s going to be hard for me to buy again.
ОтветитьIt will never last as long as a taco nor will it retain remotely close the resell value. Toyota reliability is what Toyotas are known for. I’ve never ever hear Chevy reliability
ОтветитьI am glad that you guys like GM. Enjoy it. I will keep my Tacoma.
ОтветитьI refuse to believe the snow was bad enough that these trucks couldn’t make it through
Ответить3lt tt v6 would be great
ОтветитьChevy should make the rear window auto not manual
ОтветитьWow look at that just look at that he talks like that guy 😂😂😂
ОтветитьJust got my ZR2 and it is a fantastic truck
ОтветитьWhy such high psi? Is that good for that environment?
ОтветитьI love the overall look. The performance is on par for its class.
ОтветитьWow back in 2012 I bought a brand new from the dealer, fully loaded F250 Crew Cab, 6.7 Diesel Lariat truck for $55k. It's insane that this little toy truck that can't tow jack squat costs that much. I love the look of the ZR2 and the suspension. But it's only good for towing a lawn mower to your grandmom's house. These trucks should cost under $42k for the very top package. $60k is insane.
ОтветитьThere's no Tacoma that comes close lol
