Blessed in Modesto, California to attend & cover the 50th anniversary weekend celebration of fabled cult classic movie American Graffiti at a classic car show & parade of similar name. The American Graffiti festival is held in George Lucas hometown of Modesto California. never cruzed Modesto but did in Santa Cruz, the bay area, Los Gatos, Fresno on Blackstone and Visalia on Mooney Blvd in the 70,s in my 66 GTO good times

This city sanctioned, sanitized , graffiti night lite is a joke. I remember walking from 5 points all the way to McHenry Graffiti Night 1990 . Captured most of it on my camcorder. Hasn’t been the same since.
