ASMR Story Time Tingles ~ War of the Worlds (Sensitive Whispers)

Great choice of story but dont watch the tom cruise version of war of the worlds there are no decent war of the worlds films apart from the 50s version. The main themes in the book are usually ignored and it is a crime against culture because the message in the book which is established early isnt explored and they dont honor the uncomfortable truth of the book. 'Are we such apposles of mercy to complain if the martians fought in the same spirit' that comes to mind after the book mentions certain cultures that were wiped out by other people.

This might be one of my favorite vids from you, Friv. It's so nice, I've listened to it every night for about a week now lol.
I'm trying to be invested in the story but I keep falling asleep 😂 darn it, quit being so good at this

Hey Friv, I rarely comment on social media, but I really wanted to take the time and thank you for this video! It's hands down the greatestAsmr video I have ever seen. This video helps me time and again to relax, sleep, and gather strength throughout the stressful preparation-phase for my state-exams (that's the german law degree), and I still come back regularly if I want to take a power nap. It's usually impossible for me to sleep during the day, no matter how tired or stressed out I am from studying, but this little reading session with the rain sounds does the trick every single time, and helps me gather strength for the next study-session (and that even despite the construction site next to my room being loud as hell for more than two years now).
By the way, another video in the same style would be very much appreciated, since I can almost recite the first chapter from memory by now 😂🤣😁

how have i only just fount this? war of the worlds (especially jeff wayne’s version) has always had a special place in my heart due to a lost family member. i’ve seen the tour three times and it’s such a magical thing. i have many versions of the books and an original 70’s vinyl. i couldn’t love this book more. thankyou xx
