Carryover cooking is real. Take off at say 122 degrees if you want true 130 degree medium rare

"um....um.....um.......um...." so her qualifications are? very rehearsed , other than the steak being over done, not medium rare, did you find her on tiktok? to be fair it's not all her fault, just followed a script.
