Ответитьomg i guess I didn't pay enough attention to the intro. i just finished set two and i was soo relieved bc i thought that was the end and then you tell me nahh heres another set?? 😭 Not happening today.. lost my motivation already. ОтветитьDon't ever take two months off and make excuses for yourself like, "oh these 3, 4 6 mile hikes in the weekends make up for it." Because they don't. Not only did I learn how poorly in shape my cardio is, I also feel like I am starting back at square one after four months of working out min an hour a day and six days a week.
My first workout back felt like my first workout back after years of not working out.
You know, the kind where sitting on the toilet hurts, getting out if your chair, walking down the stairs, getting into to car. LoL! Took about 4 days to heal. Feels so good. Nothing better than being sore from a good workout. Strengthen and lengthen. That's the goal!!
P.S. started at 157 and got down to. 137 in the first four months. Stayed at 137 the whole two months of not working out. Healthy weight loss. The kind that stays off.

I started the 15min work out for beginners and now i am following the 45 min full body work out. Thank you both i am now leading a healthy life❤i feel great now❤

ОтветитьI probably started with the wrong weight (15 ) and need to work on my balance but I think I’ll stick to this work out for the next month. Remember we can do hard things!

I like your no talk format: lead it by example without the “ra ra” verbal encouragement. Also like the intentional and timed warmup and cooldown, which is as essential to a workout as the actual workout. Well done! Looking forward to more!!! THANKS!!!!
