The mom - ‘I can’t cook and clean and wash’ - while the granny washes the dishes 😂
ОтветитьBest scene in the entire movie
ОтветитьMamma mia come lo guarda Bernie qui, dolcissimo e bellissimo
Ответитьthe actress who plays his mom is really good at playing a bitch 😂. this movie and the help she's an AWFUL person
ОтветитьThe whole movie is filled with so many fantastical and magical set pieces, and yet this simple moment where Bernie's Lyrics and Elton's music come together is the most magical moment of all
Ответить🪔Besides music, I believe Elton had two loves, Bernie and his Husband David Furnish...jmo
ОтветитьThis is the best scene in the movie and taron killed it with the singing putting his own little twist on it
ОтветитьI’ll be darned, Elton’s mom is just like my mom.
ОтветитьElton John is a musical marvel! I remember when his parents bought him a piano because they could see his genius
Ответить❤🧡💛💚💙💜👍👍👍👍excellent film.👍👍👍👍💜💙💚💛🧡❤
Ответитьnice detail is that the writer never enters the room because he and Elton have said that they were never in the same room when he put it to music. But they put him in the doorway so that the characters could connect. really sweet detail to technically stay true to the history.
ОтветитьA beautiful and great scene.
Ответитьgreat actor , brilliant in Eddie the Eagle
ОтветитьIt never occurred to me until I rewatched this, but the fact that Elton is performing Bernies song, the title "Your Song," refers to Bernie. Amazing I never internalized that before.
ОтветитьThis scene is so beautiful. I got choked up.
ОтветитьAre you sure this was real?
ОтветитьJamie Bell's face says everything. As an actor he just gets better and better. I've no doubt he'll get an Oscar one day. Easily the best actor of his generation.
ОтветитьEs una coincidencia o es la realidad...? 👻
ОтветитьWait didn't Elton John actually write like zero of his songs.. some songwriter made him famous he wrote almost all his songs.. why doesn't act like he is making the song up as je goes lmao the lyrics were written for him?
ОтветитьThank god that his Nana took him to the audition on the royal academy of music. 🙌🥰
ОтветитьThe song that started him down the yellow brick road!🎹
ОтветитьMagic! That boy can sing!
Ответитьfor the guys out there. Even if you're straight as can be, tell your friends you love em.
ОтветитьYour Song was the first time I heard Elton John. He told us at a concert in Toronto in September that the first time he had a song hit number one was in Canada and it was, of course, Your Song.
ОтветитьAlways have loved this beautiful song!
ОтветитьI honestly can't think of another performance where the actor made me forget they were acting like the famous person, this movie was so well done I felt like I went back in time and watched this happen for real!
ОтветитьThis scene were supposedly a meaningful one, but i find it's a little bit funny
Ответитьthis movie stunk
ОтветитьOK, I'll admit it. Haven't see the flic, probably because I was an Elton fan and didn't think any actor could live up to the roll, Now, I'm gonna have to watch it. I just know that Jamie Bell is one hell of an actor.
ОтветитьBest scene of the movie.
ОтветитьFirst record I ever bought.
ОтветитьHes running out of time, His soul will spend eternity in Hell.
ОтветитьWhat singer song writer/writing looked 50 yrs back :)
ОтветитьElton and Bernie's collaboration throughout life may be one of the best in modern music history.
ОтветитьThis movie was awful and he didn’t even look anything like Elton. Cringe, douche chills and eye rolling
ОтветитьTaron Egerton..one of the best of our generation for sure.
ОтветитьAnd once again I'm a blubbering fool.
ОтветитьHow am I just noticing how beautiful Jamie Bell is?
ОтветитьThis is one scene that was truly nailed. And that song -- OMG! -- it made every woman of any age melt. It remains timeless.
ОтветитьI've been a huge Elton John fan since 1970. "Your Song" is one of the only songs I can sing in its original key, since it's pitched down between baritone and second tenor.
Ответитьnow I need to go watch this movie
ОтветитьMay songs and love arise like this in a magical way, with the same wonder that faith reaches the desperate!
ОтветитьAWFUL MOVIE…….. 😢 And was so looking forward to seeing it…
ОтветитьDuring his heyday, I was a young teen. I didn't know much. I knew that Elton wrote the music and Bernie wrote the lyrics, but I didn't have any other info to put with it. Later after learning how difficult Elton was back then, I started to wonder if Elton was singing about himself when he sang sad songs.
For example, in the classic, "Someone Saved My Life Tonight", is it Bernie complaining about Elton?
Back then the lyric, "outplayed by a dominating queen" was just a reference to Chess, and not a gay man that's hard to deal with.
Another example is, "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road". In those lyrics, Elton sings, "I'm going back to my farm". It's Bernie that's the farm boy, not Elton.
My god this is bad. Everyone who writes songs will agree. This is just not how a song develops, even with the words present already. Idiotic. Confirms my decision to not watch this movie.
ОтветитьYou gotta love that a good portion of the musical sequences in this movie involve some sort of fantasy aspect but this and the the Tiny Dancer sequences lack that fantasy bit just because it was just emitting true love both romantic and platonic.
ОтветитьCame down from swallowing hot dogs upstairs
ОтветитьLord this song is so sweet
