ОтветитьHow can it soft
ОтветитьIs the fat crispy and juicy?
ОтветитьThanks for the tips! You're very handsome!!
ОтветитьWhen crushing the garlic put the rosemary under it so none of the juices are wasted. Also, add more seasoning you're making us white folks look bad, lmao, I'm just playing (but really I'm not).
ОтветитьI was looking for an Alternative to grilling on my gas grill during the cold weather here in Wash St. Strait forward recipe ..Plan on making this w my Cast Iron Pans later today ..
I can tell the flavor that will come out of this once complete will be stellar.
Looks Delicious 😋😋
ОтветитьAnd we not going to judge you for not seasoning your steak right 😂
ОтветитьMate I had a t bone steak the other day rare nearly medium and the juices filled the plate,I was wiping up juices with the steak 🤤
ОтветитьI recommend that you clarify the butter the peter luger way in peter luger they season the steak only with kosher salt
ОтветитьThe fake excitement is so much fun🙄
ОтветитьTimes seems right but the oven temp too low. Anyone try this recipe using a hotter oven? 400?
ОтветитьTried this today and damn that steak was good and I can’t cook 😂😂😂
ОтветитьLooks like frying
ОтветитьDo you cover them when you let them sit for 10 min?

ОтветитьIt does work!
ОтветитьThank you. Sounds really good. I’m going to try right now.
ОтветитьYour video is hugely helpful! It's the best way to make a steak for us novices. It's a shame it looks like the uploads have stopped. Hope you’re well!
ОтветитьFinally someone who comments on the oven step instead of just assuming that we know how to do it and skipping to the end!
ОтветитьOk, a few things....
A) I've never seen a more awkward handler of kitchen equipment in my life, I really wanted to switch off when I saw the garlic crushing debacle. I should have. The pans, the basting spoonmanship, all was as if these items had just been beamed down from an alien planet and it was his first time using them. Second, how much salt and pepper do you need? It's not to form a crust, it's seasoning. Thirdly, why do Americans all have such low skill with cutlery? Is it because you eat with your hands in cars so often? I'm English and we honestly look like surgeons while eating in comparison to you ham fisted, dim-witted, yanks. It's like you have pigs trotters rather than hands that can perform the most dextrous of tasks. It's just poor etiquette. Level up people, sad
That's a hot cast iron pan. How is he able to grab that handle barehanded without getting burned?
ОтветитьWhen my pan reached 400 I put some oil and huge smoke came out my fire alarm went off
