ОтветитьThis was a perfect arm workout for me, day 1. Doable but still challenging enough, I haven't broken into a sweat lifting before like this so im excited to keep it up.

ОтветитьI am currently 2 months postpartum and I am glad I found your video ! I am currently getting back to my routine of working out at least 4 days out of the week . This video was almost the same workout plan I had when I was going to the gym . I can totally feel the burn 🤍 and I actually had a pump after . 10/10 totally worth it 🫶🏽

ОтветитьWah~! I feel so proud of myself for finishing this workout and enjoying it at the same time! I'm so insecure of my arms and this workout is just 😘. My weight is 59.30 kg and I hope in 3 - 4 months I'll be able to lose weight and be much stronger compared today! 😊😊😊😊

Been doing this workout for awhile- and I can really feel a difference in my shoulders! My posture used to be horrible- but these videos and a brace have really helped!
