Sounds like BS
ОтветитьThe real underlying problem I have with all this minimalist is this. It's exactly the same as let's all love and be nice to each other get a better paying job go to school. Go to church THEN live would be better for all of us ....yes truth maybe ???
It's is FAKE. it's still blaming the people for doing better be more frugal ets. TOTALLY IGNORING that our system of destructive exploiting capitalism HAS to change
In other words. ITS ALL YOUR FAULT. THE SYSTEM IS JUST FINE AND DANDY ...?
Awesome episode so far. If you are not able to sprint due to a foot injury what can be done for exercise?
ОтветитьOw my gosh. I have been wondering why I am muscular at my age but my belly and love handles go away and my 27 year old son has a little belly and hard to build muscle. I didn't understand why he can't build muscle better. I think this maybe the answer. I sent two of your videos i came across today and now following you on twitter(X). I will let you know in the future of the results especially for him. He can reverse and truely be healthy would be worth sharing. Thank you so much!!
ОтветитьMy favorite group of podcasters 👍👍❤️❤️
ОтветитьI wonder where a strict vegetarian fits in?
ОтветитьWow TK gave a phenomenal summary on the concept!!! and Josh guided the sprint discussion beautifully. Dr Sean is such a great individual helping people w his knowledge ❤❤❤my favorite people on the internet🙏
Ответитьgreat episode guys, thanks a lot. you guys are amazing.
ОтветитьWhat a fascinating episode, will definitely have to watch the full two hours! One question though: being in recovery from a Achilles tendon tear, could I replace the sprinting with a static bike sprint? Thanks for your advice 👍
ОтветитьProbably the best episode of The Minimalists I’ve listened to! Thank youuuu!!!
Gotta go and do my sprints. Hehe! ❤
Wow, eye opening for me, must change my habits
ОтветитьGood information but some advice is impractical like telling people to go get an MRI. Does the Doc realize MRIs are over $5k, even if aporoved we are paying close to $1K out of pocket..
ОтветитьI am sure people would like to copy the eating plans but I can't find any links to see what this Doctor or Joshua's weekly eating plan looks like.
ОтветитьWhat a fantastic podcast...I'm feeling healthier already! Thank you kindly for your wisdom and insight, Dr. Sean O'Mara! Thank you, Minimalists!
ОтветитьWhat if you can't run due to bad feet and knees?
ОтветитьGreat episode, have Dr. Chaffee next.
ОтветитьTk great question. I was wondering the same thing!
ОтветитьWell done. Good on you. Plenty of good valuable content outside the pay wall and a smooth transition into the available private content. Bravo.
ОтветитьI love Malabama’s laughter. Keep it up. I actually laugh out loud when she does.
ОтветитьLol!!! The Leg Part...🐇OMG!!! 😛😝😜😋 I LOVE YOU JOSH you are so comedic/chistoso/funny...😀😂😁
Ответитьwhat if you cant sprint ? how about those people who have knee issues how do we get our bodies moving in a productive way ?
ОтветитьHey, Dudes, At what angle is this showing? From the top or the front? The pics confuse me. Straighten me out here. Thx
ОтветитьI found out pretty quickly that I’m not going to be sprinting, I tried it and it took me 4 days to recover. I admire anyone that has the willpower it takes to adhere to this healthy lifestyle but I’ve got to have some sugar every now and then. I can’t cut everything out of my diet that I enjoy and I’ve honestly never enjoyed exercising.
Ответитьamazing!!!
ОтветитьDestiny got absolutely railed in the tax debate lol
ОтветитьI'm doing sprints in sneakers on the road....twist a dang ankle lol
ОтветитьThank you for asking about sprinting . I didn’t know what it was.
ОтветитьIf our food sources disappeared, extra fat could be survival
ОтветитьJust a heads up: it's not funny if someone can't walk.
ОтветитьI'm interested in how you would address ab separation in women postpartum. I'm 4 years postpartum, have lost 40+ pounds to get down to healthy weight, workout 4-5x a week doing weight training and I STILL have the mommy pooch and had a Physical Therapist tell me it was most likely due to my deep ab separation.
ОтветитьThank you for this video !!!!!
ОтветитьI have terrible acid reflux. If I eat fermented foods my throat will be burning with acid. Even just a little will give me issues. Please tell me how I can get past this. Some fruits like Apples also give me embarrassing gurgling / belching. What is going on with my body???
ОтветитьI’m a Simpleton who LOVED the full 2 hours. Wanted to listen to the free episode to be sure the key takeaways were included before I shared with friends.
❤ No processed foods
❤ sprinting tutorial
❤ fermented foods
❤microbes controlling your mind
Thanks for this brilliant episode!
Brain gut axis!
ОтветитьWith the cat/rat/toxoplasmosis example, it sounds like he believes in humans having parasites, even in the US. Sounds like his use of specific microbes is describing parasites...which cause us to crave unhealthy foods, or even to have unhealthy behaviors. I've recently come to believe, after following a few natural doctors for a couple of years, that virtually everyone has parasites of some type. There's even a lot of evidence that every health issue, including cancer, has a parasitic component. Sometimes what looks like a tumor on a scan, is actually a parasitic egg sac. Will have to subscribe & watch the entire 2 hour video on Patreon.
On a side note, I LOVE these videos!!! But I do NOT love that female cackling laugh in the background. Very distracting, very annoying. Irritating, like fingernails on a chalk board. Just my opinion, maybe others like it.
Being under muscled does not help either. The minimalist ( from my observation )needs a little more muscle. 😀
Losing weight is one thing, but not at the expense of losing muscle.
Muscle revs up your metabolism and is a great user of glucose.
Thank you for uploading and sharing.
Sprinting definitely does make one's face look different almost immediately. I sent a pic of myself to my friend after sprinting and they said "you look younger"
Sept 4 I made a radical change in my diet. Cut out seed oils, wheat, processed food, most sugar, and most cheeses (except cottage cheese). Started walking an hour a day and after a month I worked up to sprinting. I started sprinting up hills in our neighborhood, which stopped me from going too fast at first. I feel that helped me avoid injury. I have lost 18 lbs in less than 2 months. Thats two clothing sizes. And I'm 53 years old! Just added weight training recently to help get the next 20 lbs off. Going to ask my trainer to try the maximally intense method.
I loved the girls laugh in the background! ❤😊
ОтветитьWould HIIT workouts count?
ОтветитьIt was a really really great episode. I started sprinting 2 weeks ago only bc of this episode.
Many many thanks to your guest and you minimalists. You are my heros.
I hope you have, or will, do a short of the last discussion on how our microbes control our cravings and behaviors.
I started to listen to this months ago, but never finished. Just now getting back to it. I wonder how many others didn't hear the whole podcast interview, and valuable ending gems!?
I share often, but shorts tend to actually be opened and tolerated by my "only slightly interested" friends and family.
Dr seans channel?
ОтветитьI’m a very healthy 58 year young. Super excited about sprints and the fermented veggies!
ОтветитьI am a 58-year-old healthy woman, and I would love to be part one of your tests!!??
ОтветитьThis was an absolute brilliant podcast. I’ve been healthy for a long time and you guys perk my ears up today and I’m super excited to apply some more things to my life! This makes so much sense!
I will say that I am a big believer in strength training. It has served me well as I age I would love to hear your thoughts on strength training?
They have these barefoot shoes, I’ve seen people sprinting in them….
ОтветитьWhat’s one thing you’ve done to help you lose excess weight?
Ответить
