I've had four of my hardest years in life. In 2020, when the pandemic came, I lost the life I was finally building for me. I've never been in my happiest environment, I've suffered throughout my life because of ignorant people who did not care about anyone's feelings, it was pretty hard at school. I finally had the opportunity to live the life I wanted in 2019, when I moved to Brazil. But as I said, the pandemic made me lose that in what I was working on, my friends, my project and my confidence. I had to go back home, where I could be safe, but the world has never felt the same again since I came back from Brazil. I've managed to fall in love here, to find a comfortable space at least, but I know i haven't felt as happy as I know felt in Brazil. I've been working on loving my home. I've lost very important people these last years recovering here, and it has been hard to see my family hurting so much.
This year I will have an opportunity to go back to Brazil for a visit, and I don't know how am I gonna feel. I'm so scared. I'm scared of not feeling what I felt, and knowing that my opportunity there has passed. And I'm also scared of feeling everything I used to feel there, 'cause that way it will be so hard going back home and still living my life here, knowing that I have a happier life in Brazil.
I'm scared. I've been wanting to go back so much. But I haven't been able to until now. I couldn't go back because I was feeling depressed and I knew that if I went there back then I wouldn't be able to go back home since I was feeling so bad here.
Now I'm feeling better here, as I said. That's why I feel stronger to go back to Brazil. Still, I'm scared.
Thank you for sharing all that you share. Thank you for the music. Thank you for making this a spot in which we can feel what we have inside and share it in an environment of love and empathy. Thank you to all of you. I read you always, I feel you. I wish everyone could share this way.
