ОтветитьDu la vonde? The movie mentioned after memento, what is it actually called and where can I find it? No search is bringing it up
ОтветитьI think Brooklyn deserves a mention, if not all of it then the scene of singing Iarla o lionaird...no, actually, the entire movie
ОтветитьChildren of men Is so apt in this days
ОтветитьI myself was deeply moved by the end of Dead Poet Society. Conflictibg mixture of sadness and triumph.
ОтветитьWhen Leo was shot in The Departed, because it looked liked he had finally won.

ОтветитьList of all movies mentioned in video
ОтветитьDo this many videos part 1,2,3...so on
ОтветитьWhere to begin? If it must be american, some szenes from the colour purple, otherwise there were or are Kurusawa, Tarkowskii, Fritz Lang, Ang Lee, Truffeaut, Fassbinder, Wim Wenders, Eisenstein, just for the moment, who gave us very memorable emotional moments in cinema. A limitation to ten is nonsense, it*s like to choose the 10 most wonderful drops of an ocean.
ОтветитьWheres the family man and forest gump
ОтветитьThe bus scene in Remains of the Day shoud've been mentioned
ОтветитьThe pursuit of Happyness made me cry 😢
ОтветитьHow about the last night prayer metting in Glory?
ОтветитьIts hollywood because it portrays blacks as the victims.
ОтветитьEnd scene of Donnie Darko for music. End of The Drop for subtlety.
ОтветитьManchester by the sea
ОтветитьThere's that scene at the end of the Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, when they finally find the jaguar shark. Steve spends the whole movie proudly proclaiming he'll kill it when he sees it, but he can only watch in awe when he finally does find the shark. Then one by one, with not a word said, each passenger put's their hand on Steve. It's to say that we understand this pain you're going through and that you don't want to talk about and that's ok.
ОтветитьThe end of Charlie Chaplins "City Lights" movie has such a beautiful masterpiece of ending that I can't help but cry 😭 its so beautiful for a hilarious comedy , the movie is also a beautiful drama too , its a masterpiece especially that ending & also that hilarious legendary boxing scene ❤ idk why ppl won't watch blk n white films !!!! U don't know wtf ur missing when it comes to some of them because some of them are masterpieces & this is coming from a 30 year old

♡ It Happened One Night

♡ 7 Brides for 7 Brothers ~ epic barn raising dance victory
Emotional - Yreah, that's me.
ОтветитьThe ending to Life is beautiful and The boy in the striped pyjamas made me cry buckets of tears but the scene that made me actually sob uncontrollably was the little girl in the red dress from Schlindlers List I was heartbroken
ОтветитьUUUGGGGGHHHHHH PLEASE STOP listing the oceana roll scene!!!! Also Lost in Translation and 500 Day of Summer are vastly overrated, yet you mention at least one of them in every video
ОтветитьPearl Harbour is missing!
ОтветитьJojo Rabbit hit me different.
ОтветитьFruitvale station pissed me off but also made me sad
ОтветитьYasss!!!! I've bawled numerous times at the baby crying stopping a war scene,,, I wanted youse to add Clive Owen as a Hero in your "Heroes" video.
ОтветитьYou forgot Imitation of Life (1959) which has an incredibly emotional ending, like few if any other films. Also some parts of Midnight Cowboy, such as Ratso Ritzo imagining himself a healthy man and a successful chef in Florida.
ОтветитьMy top tear-ups (I can't order them). Kirk's "in all my travels" Spock eulogy in Wrath of Khan. "You bow to no one", Return of the King. End-scene of Shawshank Redemption.
ОтветитьOne more candidate, I could think of is again citing Clint Eastwood and his 2019 movie "Richard Jewell", the main character, a police officer, commits a crime and the audience know that he in fact did it and the authorities know for sure he did it, but chose not to put him in prison because of his homosexuality. And, in the end, he gets back his job, one day, there is news that for the same case somebody surrenders as committing the crime and he coolly asks, "When is he getting arraigned?" Sadism knew no bounds, despairs you!
ОтветитьThe art of racing in the rain definitely deserves a spot here on the list ..
Ответитьthe entirety of manchester by the sea. i’m pretty sure it hadn’t come out when this video was posted but there’s no way it wouldn’t get a spot now
ОтветитьThere were 2 times in my movie-watching life when I broke into a sudden very wide grin that filled my face. (1) when the bicycle left the ground in ET; and (2) in Shrek when Fiona bemoans the fact that she isn't beautiful enough to be a princess and Shrek replies, "But you are beautiful." Just now when your video announced your number 1 pick (from Children of Men) I broke into another wide grin.
ОтветитьI would include a mention of A.I. Artificial Intelligence in the spot of what can never be.
ОтветитьGrave of fireflies
ОтветитьThe two that stick out to me...
Schindler's List - "I could have gotten more"
Casablanca - "La Marseillaise"
The latter hits harder when you realize that a lot of the extras in that scene were French ex-pats who were literally moved to tears during the filming
