Pan is 35 cm x 45 cm, or 13.78 inches x 17.72 inches.
Other tips:
- Use room temperature eggs when adding to butter and sugar. Otherwise your butter will get hard and not mix in.
- Use apples that get soft. I used Cosmic crisps and they stayed very crunchy, almost like they didn't bake at all. Like Granny Smiths do, but even more than that. Definitely going to try Gala or Fuji when I make this again.
- Do not bake in a 9 x 13 dish. It will not brown and will dry out a bunch if you bake it longer than stated. It may work if the temperature and time are altered but I don't know how to do that.
- The flavor is superb. Delicate and not sickening sweet. Definitely don't skip the lemon rind.

Estou chocada, eu quase não acompanhava o canal dela, mas via alguns vídeos, e quando soube, dá morte precose do Edmilson, fiquei de coração partido, chorei, como se fosse um parente meu, e de vê o sofrimento e a dor dela, até, estava evitando vê, porque me sentia tristeza por ela perece que eu via a dor do coração dela. Mas como pode, esquecer um grande amor, amor tão rápido, não esperou pelo menos um ano, que já seria pouco, affff, como acabou rápido o amor pelo Edmilson 😮. O que nos deixa triste é essa pressa toda, gente, a ferida ainda está aberta. Como fazer uma pessoa feliz e ser feliz, com a ferida da perda ainda aberta. Ou como fechou tão rápido. Sinceramente, não consigo entender 😮. Mas espero sinceramente mesmo, que ela seja feliz. Já que somente a presença do Deus que ela prega, não foi suficiente pra preencher o vazio do marido. Pelo amor de Deus, tantas pessoas se perdendo, e o homem egoísta só pensa em ser feliz, se tiver com a companhia de um homem ou uma mulher. Dou graças ao ETERNO que hoje estou com 61 anos, separei do marido infelizmente, anos depois ele morreu, eu tinha 36 anos, hoje com 61 não me casei mais, nem quero o Deus que eu sirvo, me ama tanto que preenchei todo vazio que eu sentia, me sinto totalmente completa sem homem. Pois a minha vida é completa com a presença do Deus Eterno e seu Espírito Santo, que habita em mim, apesar de eu não ser perfeita. Em fim, isso não é para todos, mas, deve esperar o defunto esfriar pelo menos affff. Tomara que dê tudo certo, que isso não seja uma armadilha pra vida dela e com isso causar escândalo, além de tristeza pra ela e para família e pessoas que gostam dela de coração, mas não esperava que a dor da perda passou como relâmpago 😮. Que Deus tenha misericórdia de todos nós 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Но там рецепт немного другой, тесто готовилось такое же, и яблоки укладывались рядами, а вот сверху надо заливать теплым жидким вареньем-конфитюром, тонким слоем, он обволакивает яблоки, добавляя абрикосовый или клубничный вкус. ОтветитьMy family has been making this pie here, in Brazil, since we arrived here, almost 500 years ago! It's a great tradition and we use different fruits, not just apples! But the Banana one is the best version!

ОтветитьI’ve tried it myself and my family liked it! Instructions were very clear and luckily it was easy to do without and electric mixer. Taste is light and not too sweet. Personally, I give it a 3/5, but extra points for its uniqueness. Kind regards :)

ОтветитьWir in der Schweiz machen einen ähnlichen Kuchen,aber aus Blätterteig und die Äpfel werden geschält, den nennen wir dann Wähe. Ist auch eine sehr köstliche Leckerei.

ОтветитьIn the old recipe shown at the beginning this cake is called "Mannheimer Apfelkuchen" which was interesting to me. My grandmother makes hers very similar to this recipe, but she makes the topping a little different. Her recipe must have been directly influenced from this one, that part of my family has been in the area around Mannheim for many generations and it's also where I grew up. I didn't know this type of cake is a regional specialty
