ОтветитьIn 1969 at sixteen at that time I was the youngest person to graduate from the dale Carnegie course it improved my self confidence and gave me a better understanding of people how to become not just a good speaker but a good listener this was one of the greatest gifts my wonderful parents gave to me the Dale Carnegie course
ОтветитьI am a grad.
ОтветитьDuring the mid-1980s, before I went to law school, in addition to the Dale Carnegie Course (involving human relations and public speaking) there was also a Dale Carnegie Sales Course and Dale Carnegie Management Course.
Graduates of the Sales Course were then eligible to be group leaders in the Sales Course under the supervision of the instructor. The core principle was how to identify genuine customers and get them to say yes. "If you can get the products and services you want at prices you are willing to pay would you be interested?" The answer was always "yes of course." That was always more than half the battle to make the sale.
The Management Seminar covered the principles of "PLORDICOCO" standing for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling business operations. The idea was that good management knows which tasks to do directly as well as which tasks to delegate to others and how to delegate them.

ОтветитьHe is well and truly most powerful man in the modern history.
ОтветитьThis is an excellent overview on Dale Carnegie. I took the Dale Carnegie Course from the Ralph Nichols Corp in metro Detroit. It changed my life and was responsible for my success in business.
